Tribotester

The tribotesters from ITeE-PIB in most cases fulfill the requirements of internationally recognized standards, e.g. ISO, CEC, ASTM, as well as Polish Standards.

For over 10 years the tribotesters from ITeE-PIB have been presented at international fairs and exhibitions of inventions, new techniques and products on a few continents, in the cities like: Brussels, Budapest, Casablanca, Geneva, London, Lodz, Moscow, Nurnberg, Pittsburgh, Poznan, Seoul, where they have been awarded many gold medals.

The tribotesters from ITeE-PIB have been implemented (about 150 devices) in research labs, both in Poland and abroad - in China, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Mexico, Russia, USA, Vietnam. In Poland practically all technical universities have purchased one or more tribotesters made by ITeE-PIB. The tribotesters work also in industrial enterprises.

Tribology devices / tribological testers / tribotesters / tribometers 는 마찰, 마모, 윤활과 관련한 시험장비를 말한다.   이들 장비는 주로 연구개발이나  품질 검사를 위한 규격 시험용으로 사용되고 있으며, 시험의 목적은 건식 조건하에서의 소재 혹은 시험하고자 하는 윤활유를 시료로 사용하는 습식시험을 통하여 시료 혹은 시편의 마모, 마찰 특성을 특정 환경하에서 연구 평가하는 데에 있다. 

소재 시험의 예는 다음과 같다;

• 강재(steels), 주철제, 비철합금등

• 내열 재료

• 열처리, 혹은 화학 처리 소재류

• 이온 주입 소재류(ion implanted materials)

• 표면 경화 코팅류 (hard surface coatings)

• 페인트, 바니쉬, 라미네이트

• 세라믹류

• 각종 폴리머류

• 생체 재료 (예;인공관절등)

• 기타 엔지니어링 소재류

윤활과 관련한 분야는 다음과 같다;

• 윤활 기유 및 관련 케미칼류

• 윤활 및 첨가제

• 연료류와 바이오 에너지

• 윤활유 완제품 (기어, 모터, 압축기유등),

• 윤활 그리이스류 (즉, 구름베어링용 윤활 그리이스),

• 고체 윤활제류(흑연, 이유화몰리브덴등),
